Now in its 10th year, Cantorum Chamber Choir has emerged as one of the premier non-collegiate chamber groups in the Western United States. Comprised of select singers from diverse musical backgrounds, over one-third of Cantorum members are professional music educators, soloists, and studio singers.

In addition to winning top prizes in both its categories in a 2016 Interkultur competition, including a special judges’ recognition, Cantorum has performed in the distinguished NOVA Chamber Series, collaborated with the Cincinnati Fusion Ensemble directed by Howard Helvey, performed onstage in Ballet West’s Carmina Burana, performed at the 2017 Western Division Conference of the American Choral Directors Association held in Pasadena, California, presented the opening concert of the 2019 Madeleine Festival held at the beautiful Cathedral of the Madeleine in Salt Lake City, and most recently, premiered S. Andrew Lloyd’s beautifully ethereal composition for choir and organ, Khrīstós II: Et ecce vox at Libby Gardner Hall in January 2020.

Based in Orem, Utah, USA, Cantorum’s mission is to foster a high level of artistry in the community by creating outstanding choral music experiences for its audiences and to inspire a new generation through community outreach to young musicians.
